Design Plus Gallery presents the Astrum Dining Table designed by Antonio Citterio for Maxalto. Astrum is a large round table distinguished by a unique “sawhorse” base-frame made of painted die-cast aluminium support with painted finish. The triangular section of the center pedestal gives the structure both lightness and solidity. Thick solid wood and smoked veneer table top in diamond pattern has a slight bevel detail. Seats 8 easily. Made in Italy. Light surface wear, touch ups, condition is consistent with age and use.
