Antique Wedding Canopy Bed

Design Plus Gallery presents an Antique Age Traditional Wedding Bed of Asian Design. The rosewood bed frame is elaborate and visually arresting with its unique hand carved details that are in abundance. The canopy has a latticed pattern that is close to symmetrical and has a center diamond shaped medallions. The sides have other carved elements, a mirror, and also brightly painted artwork. A very unique rosewood wedding/opium bed that will be well received in any household. There seems to be few issues with some cracks, missing elements and a bit of sagging to the frame meaning it will require reinforcement due to its near antique age. Original platform was replaced by newer wood. Visible and minimal wear from usage + age.
