Antique Rosewood Chairs + Round Stone Inserts Side Chairs, Pair. Original Price: $4,000
$999
Design Plus Gallery presents a Pair of Antique Chinese Rosewood Side Chairs. These traditional Chinese chairs showcase solid rosewood construction, scalloped crest rails, and circular cream-colored stone inlays framed by rounded wood moldings on the backrests. The rectangular paneled seats are supported by squared legs and connecting stretchers. The front aprons display carved geometric fretwork in a traditional Chinese key pattern, accented by a central floral motif. The natural wood grain and aged patina reflect the character of their vintage origins. They show visible wear consistent with their age, including surface scratches, variations in wood coloration, and minor imperfections. One chair has a slight wobble. They are in good antique condition with visible wear from age and usage. From Shanghai, China.
