Design Plus Gallery presents an Antique Oak Hall Tree/Entry Bench. This antique oak hall tree has a paneled back, lift-seat bench, rectangular beveled mirror, carved crest, scroll accents, and black metal coat hooks. Quarter-sawn oak grain appears throughout the seat, arms, mirror surround, and back panels. The center back panel includes oval raised molding with carved scroll details, while the mirror section is framed by decorative side supports and a carved crest along the top.The bench seat lifts to reveal interior storage. The metal hooks show age-appropriate patina, and the oak surfaces show scuffs, finish variation, small marks, and wear consistent with age. The arms are wobbly, the base of both legs is not secured, and the frame needs reinforcement. It is in fair antique condition with visible wear from age and usage.
