Antique Carved Wood Couples Armchairs, Pair
SOLD!
Design Plus Gallery presents a Pair of Antique Couples Armchairs. The coordinating chairs are crafted in two different sizes, following the traditional his-and-her format. Each has a tall upholstered back framed by an intricately carved crest, scrolling arms, turned supports and stretcher-connected legs. Chartreuse velvet upholstery is secured by brass-tone nailhead trim. The velvet displays visible wear, discoloration and marks from age and usage. The wood frames also exhibit wear consistent with their antique nature.
