Design Plus Gallery presents a Set of Ten Antique 20th-Century Canton “Rose Thousand Butterflies” Porcelain Octagonal Plates. The plates have clipped-corner octagonal forms with raised rims, floral center medallions, butterfly motifs, scrolling borders, and gold-toned accents. A Famille Rose palette of pink, green, blue, yellow, and coral gives each plate detailed color variation across the hand-painted pattern. The underside bears a red stamped mark. They are in good condition; visible and minimal wear from usage.
