Antique Beaux Arts Blanket Stand

Design Plus Gallery presents a Brass Blanket Stand of Antique Age. It has the look of refinement that is characteristic of Beaux-Arts furnishings with its opulent, classical style defined in the Gilded Age (1880–1930) with grand symmetry, rich ornamentation, and Greco-Roman influence. The stand has casted brass feet with repeating feathering designs. There are two poles that extend upwards to a single rod that has a u-shape connecting two top rails for hanging linens onto. One side has a raised finish on a side pole and the other has been broken off. Patina is also apparent on the brass stand from age. Overall, it is in fair condition for its usage.
