Antique Trellis Patterned Empire Settee
SOLD!
Design Plus Gallery presents an Antique American Empire Settee. The frame is expertly crafted from solid wood, boasting a rich, dark finish that brings out the natural grain and highlights the elegant lines of its Empire style. Distinctive claw feet support the settee with carved accents of stylized dolphins on the base and arms add an artistry unique to this period. The settee has gracefully curved arms, with the use of upholstery that is cream-colored with a trellis pattern with a finished trim. The settee is a stunning representation of 19th-century craftsmanship and design. In good condition, visible and minimal wear from usage.
