Design Plus Gallery presents a 5ft7in × 7ft8in Positive & Negative Area Rug from Kasthall. Desigedn by Björn Dahlström. A hand-tufted rug made in linen featuring a handwritten message that describes the “feelings” of the rug. The writing is ” I feel contact. I’m standing firm. Nobody can tip me over. I have my place. Every bit of me is in touch with Mother Earth” . Was a Showroom Sample, in good condition, visible and minimal wear. Made in Sweden, Netherlands.

“Björn has worked with many internationally renowned clients, ranging from industrial design to furniture, exhibition design, and graphics. His work is showcased in places as the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, and the National Museum of Fine Arts in Stockholm. He has also been an academic figure in Stockholm, as a professor at Konstfack – University of Arts, Craft and Design, and lecturer at Beckmans School of Design. Adding to his academic resume, he is also an Honorary Doctor at the Faculty of Fine, Applied and Performing Arts at the University of Gothenburg.
