This hand knotted runner presents a vivid sequence of geometric medallions set against a saturated red field with accents of sky blue, ivory, blush, and ochre. Angular border motifs and repeated tribal forms give the composition a strong graphic rhythm, while the elongated proportions reflect the traditional character of a Karajeh Heriz runner.
