The table has a glossy black lacquered papier-mâché top inlaid with mother-of-pearl and decorated with gold gilt scrollwork. the top showcases a cathedral nested among trees. The top is designed to tilt vertically for storage when not in use. Other than usual patina from age the table is in good condition with minimal signs of wear.
