19th Century Antique English Fruitwood Chair With Rush Seat

Design Plus Gallery presents a Fruitwood + Rush Side Chair of the English 19th Century. The chair was likely hand crafted in England circa 1870 and is just darling with its carved scalloped seat back with a warm rush seat. Straight stretchers run across the two sides and back for support. The honey brown color + rich patina make this a great chair for most homes with history. Is in good condition for its antique age with minimal surface wear that is consistent with use.
