Austrian etcher and painter Luigi Kasimir (1881-1962) attended the Vienna Academy of Art where he studied under William Unger, who introduced him to colored etching. Made in the 1920’s, Philadelphia’s Independence Hall stood as a revered, recently restored historic shrine following 19th-century renovations that added the current steeple and is solidified as a focal point for American patriotism, holding the Liberty Bell and serving as a museum in the heart of the city Protected under glass in exquisite frame. Minimal visible wear is present and is overall in good condition.
