Design Plus Gallery presents the Foucault’s Orb Chandelier from Restoration Hardware. The gyroscope created by 19th Century experimental physicist Leon Foucault inspired an openwork globe of wrought iron. Its double0gimbal frame is built of iron and fitted with black candlestick covered sockets. There is minor wear and is in good condition, consistent with age + use.
