Five drawers total for storage, the desk has carved aprons, elegant saber legs, paneled drawers and cast brass fittings that are all classic French details. The broad planked top is beveled for a smooth touch. Light surface wear; melted substance in center drawer; drawers are noisy; condition is consistent with age and use.
