Since 1994 the Globus Chair has become a design classic, used in restaurants and public spaces around the world including the new Santiago Calatrava pavilion at the Milwaukee Art Museum. Backrest and seat are made from smooth, curving pieces of Orange plastic, molded to provide secure support, while the waterfall seat edge allows for comfort over long periods. The oval hole in the backrest provides ventilation, alleviation of back pressure, and a handle for easy maneuvering. Supported on a stainless steel metal frame. Minor wear from usage.
