Design Plus Gallery presents a Landmark Armchair by Ward Bennett for Brickel Associates, circa 1970’s. Natural wood framing is impeccably joined to the subtly arched backrest and sloping arms, extending all the way through the front legs. The rear legs are splayed for an elegant line and stability. Rich red velvet lines the interior, knifepleat cushion and self welting. The coordinating red/ivory stripe damask hugs the exterior making the chair look fabulous from every angle. Visible + minor evidence of surface wear on wood frame; upholstery may not be original.
