Comes with two tiers of four arms atop and 8 arms on the lower tear for exposed candle light bulbs. There is beautiful floral detailing; stems, bulbs, leaves and twisted branch like arms. Minor wear on surfaces. Adjustable chain supplied with coordinating canopy and decorative glass which hangs from the base of chandelier.
