Design Plus Gallery presents the Antiquities Thorsen Dining Table by Stickley. The striking hexagon base has decorative African Blackwood pegs and was crafted with Cherry solids and veneers, using pinned mortise and tenon joinery. The Arts and Crafts styled table top can extend to 100” in length with the addition of two 20” leaves inserted in the split pedestal. Non custom table pads are included. Light evidence of wear; slight raised grain on surface; leaves are darker than main table.

“The Thorsen House was built in 1909 in Berkeley, California for William Randolph Thorsen and his wife Caroline Canfield Thorsen. This design is inspired by the designs of brothers Greene and Greene, whose new architectural style fused Arts & Crafts elements and those of Japanese imperial design.”
