Founded in Italy in 1912 Poltrona Frau is world renowned for its bridging of modernity, communication and a timeless family owned brand. Poltrona Frau is known for designing interiors for boats, planes, cars and high end commercial and residential space. Exquisite manufacturing of leather and wood fusions. Set of ten armchairs include a soft gray leather interior with steam bent solid oak engineered frame. There is visible wear on the leather. Designed by Danish industrial designer Jacob Plejdrup for dk3. Dual-plank tabletop united by metal pegs makes for a study construction. Built with a core of solid poplar, an extremely stable hardwood that offers superior resistance to warping and cracking. Table is finished with wood veneer that’s three times thicker than what’s commonly used. Oak banding runs the length of the table and solid end-grain to cap off each plank. Solid wood edges offer protection from chairs. Expansive and communal size can seat up to ten. Made in the Czech Republic. Minor wear on surfaces.
