Design Plus Gallery presents the Djembé Pendant Light by Joan Gaspar for Marset. Designed in 2017, the Djembé pendant brings sculptural volume to a bell-shaped form with a textured cream-toned exterior and a smooth white interior. The rotomolded shade creates contrast between its tactile outer surface and reflective inner cavity, allowing the fixture to project generous indirect light. A black ceiling canopy and cord complete the pendant assembly, giving the piece a graphic counterpoint to the softly rounded shade. The design is part of Marset’s Djembé collection, known for its expressive scale, rhythmic form, and luminous interior presence. It is in good condition; this was a showroom sample. Made in Spain.
