About the Brand :
“Hispania was one of several with which the nascent Lladró brothers were affiliated from the 1940s onward. (The brothers sold Hispania products, alongside their own, in their inaugural shop.) Hispania was established in 1941 and gained prominence for its production of earthenware and majolica, primarily decorative items such as vases, frames, planters, and similar objects. Following the Lladró brothers’ success, they acquired their former collaborator and endeavored to establish a successful business throughout the 1980s before ultimately closing the company in 1989.
