Design Plus Gallery presents Serge Mouille 3 Arm Black Floor Lamp. Originally designed in 1952, a kinetic, sculptural aesthetic that evokes a sense of movement in space. Consisting of an iron arm and tripod base, the main feature of this piece is the aluminium ‘chapeau’ (or ‘hat’) styled shade. The entire piece is coated in a black matte lacquer, with only the interior of the shade finished in white to maximize the bulb’s reflective qualities. Designed with the intention of supplying as much light as possible, this standing lamp would be a head turning centerpiece in any room. In good condition, minimal wear from usage + age.
