Design Plus Gallery presents a pair of Early 20th Century Biedermeier Burl Wood Empire Style Armchairs. Solid burl wood frame is sinuously carved and softened with a satin lacquer finish. The curves and frame is derived from Empire influences. Interior and exterior show wear on the warm gray mohair. There is s decorative tape which lines the upholstery in maroon and is coming up in some areas. Satin interior is fixed upholstery with spring support and is very comfortable for conversing with guests. Classic + timeless style of the chairs make for a small scale seating accent for any room.
