Design Plus Gallery presents the Récamier Chaise Lounge Likely From the 19th Century. The antique sofa is named after the 19th century French socialite Juliette Récamier. It is a salon sofa with the lounge feel of a fainting couch with the additional of a head and footboard. The upholstery is golden hue of woven silk velvet that is wrapped around the carved oak wood frame and on the loose fitted cushion. For its antique age the Récamier is in good condition for its usage. Visible wear on frame + fabric.
